- MBA or Post-Graduation in Shipping, Logistics, or Operations Management (Preferred)
Job Description:
We are looking for experienced Operations professionals to oversee and manage end-to-end operational activities across locations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in:
- Vessel Operations
- Survey of Empty Containers
- Customs Documentation
- Customs Liaisoning
- Operational coordination with ports, CFS/ICDs, and stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with operational standards and procedures
- Managing day-to-day operational execution and resolving on-ground challenges
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth cargo and container movement
Requirements:
- 8–22 years of relevant experience in shipping, logistics, marine services, or related domains
- Strong knowledge of port operations, container handling, and customs processes
- Ability to manage teams and operational workflow efficiently
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure operational environments
