Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead ICD (Inland Container Depot) operations, ensuring smooth terminal activities, compliance, and efficient team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee ICD operations, including gate operations, yard activities, and container movement
- Ensure compliance with IGM/EGM procedures and statutory requirements
- Manage container surveys, empty container operations, and documentation (Forms 13, 6, 11)
- Liaise with customs authorities and external stakeholders
- Monitor operational efficiency, safety, and service standards
Key Requirements
- 12–17 years of experience in ICD / container terminal operations
- Hands-on experience of gate operations, IGM/EGM filing, container surveys, and customs liaisoning
- Experience in managing a team of 20–25 staff
- Ability to handle high-volume terminal operations efficiently
